압축기와 블로워는 퍼스컴프의 주력 생산품으로서 압축기 단품 만을 제작하는 것이 아니라 전/ 후단의 주변기기인 드라이어, 리시버 탱크, 필터, 냉각 시스템 등 압축 시스템에 필요한 모든 기기들을 설계/제작 합니다. 최적화된 압축공기 시스템을 구성하기 위해서는 전체 패키지의 통합이 가장 중요 합니다. 우리의 많은 경험은 이러한 패키지 통합화에 있어 하나의 베이스 프레임 위에 압축기, 드라이어, 필터, 리시버 탱크를 설치하고 이들 기기와 장치들을 연결해 주는 배관 및 밸브 설치, 각종 계장품, 전장품 및 제어 시스템(PLC)까지 모두 설치하고 하나의 시스템으로 구성하여 연동 테스트(String Test)를 거쳐 각각의 구성품에 대한 성능 뿐 만 아니라 최종 생산품인 압축공기에 대한 성능도 검증하여 출하 됩니다.
모든 제품은 주문 생산 방식에 의해 매 프로젝트마다 다른 요구 조건에 맞게 설계되기 때문에 특수한 요구 성능 및 용량의 제품을 공급할 수 있습니다. 특히 혹독한 운전 조건인 대기온도 55 ºC 조건에서도 요구되는 성능을 만족시킬 수 있는 제품의 설계가 가능하여 중동의 열악한 운전 환경에 적합한 제품 공급이 가능합니다.
